Chase Gregory is an Associate Professor of English in the Program of Literary Studies at Bucknell University, where they write about and teach courses on gender and sexuality, identity and popular culture, and twentieth-century US literature. They hold a PhD in Literature and a Certificate in Gender, Sexuality and Feminist Studies from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and a BA in English and American Studies from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
Chase is the author of As if! Queer Criticism Across Difference (Duke University Press, 2025). Their articles have appeared in GLQ, differences, Diacritics, Studies in Comics, Feminist Spaces, and Polygraph Journal.
